Virtual Northland took some time to create what we think is one of the best Holiday E-cards available online. Since 70% of thier work is done remotley Compudyne Inc wanted to share something spectactular with its clients. Meet the staff, put a name with a face was the idea. After the first scene which sole purpose is Compudyne and its employees we also attached a full virtual tour of the Bentleyville 2010 for some extra exploring. Tour created using:

Tallships revisited Duluth, MN again in 2010. I went on the roof of the tallest building in downtown in order to create a huge panoramic view of the festivities. Due to restriction with the lift bridge the boats did not arrive all at once. I had to take over 70 individual shots to recreate the scene, then snap each boat as it arrived and add them back in with Photoshop. If printed at 11 inches tall this deep zoom panorama would around 7 feet wide. Click the image on the left to view it online. It is also available for purchase, could make a great photograph to hang in someones office or lobby. Use our contact form to make an inquiry. |

This is a collection of 4 virtual tours created for the Northern Communites Land Trust. This package is used on thier website as examples of thier work. The NCLT takes very old run down homes, fixes them up and reselsl them at affordable prices to low income families. This tour has also been formatted to run on an autoplay CD that they then hand out to prospective clients and also leave copies inside the homes when the realtors give an open house. The Commemorative Airforce Museum. I don't know what to say about this museum, but if you enjoy war and military memorabilia you have to come and check this place out. I have been there over a half a dozen times and each time I go the museum the guides have new stories to tell. The tour guides are all actual war veterans telling real life stories of thier time behind enemy lines. |
We approached the Lake Superior Zoo about a virtual tour of thier facility but with pending contruction there were not ready. Instead they had an idea to map out a handful of thier animals on an inversed world map in an interactive fashion. What a great idea! Here is the result it is used for childrens education and a linked to on thier website. |

My wife is very good at using Photoshop to manipulate images. This spooky halloween 360 was done completely by herself. The original 360 was taken during the day and modified to make it look like night time. Simulated rain, lightning and thunder add a great effect. Ghostly footprints and roaming phantom were created using Flash. |
More one of my wifes creations I wanted to share. She created the photos and created the interface so show how they were built step by step. This has nothing to do with virtual tours but shows the power of what can be done using our virtual tour engine in creative ways. |
